Pre & Post Opening

We are skilled in handling all aspects of the pre- and post-opening phases. 

Pre-opening phase:

• Assisting with the start-up of building and operating systems

• Conducting inspections and participating in all progress meetings

• Providing schedules, budget and specifications for operating equipment and supplies

Post-opening phase:

• Preparing a list of deficiencies and threats

• Developing a resolution plan for those deficiencies

• Inspecting corrective works
